Cliff House

Port Ryerse, Ontario

Built on family land dating back over 225 years, the site sits on a bluff on the north shore of Lake Erie. The family wanted a "farmhouse" where they could spend summers with family and friends. The 3,800 square foot house has a full finished-out basement with bathroom, bunk-room, and game room; a fully finished-out attic with two bedrooms and bathroom, and the second floor has two en-suites with each room opening to a deck that overlooks the Lake. The ground floor has a large kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room and mud-room. There is also a new two bedroom cottage on site for the client's parents.
